A roadshow and a convention bringing together more than 2,000 employees
We supported Banque Populaire Méditerranée (BPMED) in rolling out its 2030 strategic plan. From communications strategy to editorial design, including art direction, set design, and, of course, event production: we drew on all of our areas of expertise.
Naming Workshop
We initiated and carried out an active communication campaign over a period of more than four months, beginning with the organization and implementation of a collective intelligence workshop to help the teams come up with a name that reflected their identity for their new strategic plan: “Cœur Bleu Méditerranée.”
Manifesto Film
The production of a manifesto film titled "The Declaration," which was screened at the opening of the convention for 400 managers in November 2024.
Roadshow
We produced a three-week roadshow designed as a traveling “question bank,” which allowed us to collect testimonials from more than 500 employees while traveling over 2,000 km in an electric van. At the end of the roadshow, we produced five videos that served as segments for the major convention held in January 2025.
The Meeting
A convention to bring together 2,000 employees at the Palais de l'Europe – Le Parc Chanot, where we created two spaces: a plenary hall centered around a heart-shaped stage and a welcoming hall featuring a cozy bar and booths offering tastings of regional specialties. We conceived, designed, and produced (scriptwriting, coaching, set design, and participant logistics) the entire event.
